Population
Ghana has a population rate of 25,199,609 people, as of July 2013, with the United States having 307,000,000 people, Ghana is about 280 million off. With over 75% of Ghana's population being under the age of 50, and the other 25% ages 50-80+, we see that though many of the population is younger, there is also a good amount of people who have a high life expectancy rate.
Agriculture
For most Ghanaian people who live in the city, most hold actual jobs and others tend to run small businesses, but with agricultural being one of Ghana's most important sectors, employing over half of the population, the Ghanaian people farm in crops that include yams, grains, cocoa, oil palms, kola nuts, and timber. Though agricultural output started decreasing after 1960, the government had put together a plan to pay more attention to cropping and farming, borrowing loans and grants, to bring back Ghana's most important resource in money flow.
